Take the ioyce of smallage wormwoode malyne walworthe spourge
clowefoote wax brede abens. mingworthe woodbine and dayses take of
all these like muche of the ioyce butt take fowre tymes as muche
of the woodbine as of annye ells then mingell these ioyce withe
hoonne equalle boyle them alltogeather on the fier easily and
stirre itt well: till itt bee thicke: then putt itt in a newe earthen

and now itt is called Diassamium alias molyn./ take this plaister
and spredd itt on flex that is cleane and laye itt to a fystulowe or a
canker or a morall ytt will helpe all those aforesaide and all other
horible sores that bee in dispayre and this plaister maye be made
