peircer & bore a hole through m, then make Sirrup f
m, as much as will cover m, & soe let m boyle in a
broad p serving panne & put into m, a piece of Cynamon
stick & soe let m boyle close covered very leiseaurly turning
m very often, for if you turne m not very often they
will spott, & e one side will not be like e oth , & let m thus
boyle till they begin to jelly then take m up & pott m, & you
may keepe m all e Yeare
To preserve Goose=berryes
Take yo goosberies, & pick out e stems then take
Suger & put to yo Goosberies waight for waight & put a
little faire wat to m, & boyle m a quarter of an houre
till they be cleare
