Rp an handfull of Hysope, one handfull of
horehound, seeth them in a Quart of running
water to a Pint, straine itt through a faire
cloath and putt in sugar to make itt pleasant,
use this Evening & Morneing, with a Lycorish stick
3 spoonfulls att a Time.

For one that is in a Consumption
of Nature

Rp the pith of an Oxe, and a Quarter of an
ounce of Currans beaten into powder, & 3 leaves
of clary a slip of Rosemary, of Camomile;
one slip of Nip, 6 dates the stones taken out
boyle all these in a Quart of Malmsey till
itt come to a pint; & straine itt give the
patient to drink next his heart Probat Dr

A Restorative Water
in Weakness

Rp 3 pints of new Milk, one pint of good red
wine 24 yolkes of layd Egges; beat the yolkes
with the Milk, and the wine, then put as much
fine Manchott as shall suck up the Milk and
wine. Putt the same in a Stillitary & still itt
with a soaking fire; & take a spoonfull of water
in your pottage or drink; this will recover a Consumption
Probat

The Green Oyntment

Rp sage, rew, of each a pound, wormwood, bay
leaves, of each of them halfe a pound Mellilott
herbes or flowers, of Camomile, of the flowers
of spike, of Rosemary, of Redrose leaves, of
Snt Johns Wort, of Dill, of each of thse a good
handfulls, of March mallowes two handfulls; All
these herbes chopp as small as may be, & weigh
them, what they weigh, put thereto the like weight
of sheeps suitt, chopp itt as small as may be; mince
your herbes and itt together; and stamp itt in a mortar
to one substance, that there be noe suitt seen, but
all Green. Putt itt in some faire pott, or pan, put
thereto sweet oyle Olive, as sweet as may be, a pottle
and a pint. These work all together in a pan with your
hands to a substance, and cover itt close with Clay,

I asked what the Rp at the beginning of the recipes might be and was told it could be shorthand for "take".

I am unsure whether it should be March mallows or Marsh mallows. Elsewhere I have seen that circumflex c, but an s would make more sense.
