These are to desire you forthwith out of such moneys
as are, or shall, be appointed for
payment of the Army under my Comannd
to pay unto Henry Whalley Esquire the
some of Thirtie two pounds one shillinge
and eight pence for thirtie five daies pay
as Judge Advocate to the Army for himself
and one Clarke at eighteen shillings
and four pence per diem. And for
soe doing this warrant with his
receipt shall be your discharge. Given
under my hand the 27th of October 1651.

To Sr John Wollaston knt.
and the rest of the Treasurers
at Warr or their deputy.
