Board Meeting of Womans Club
(Dec) held Jan 4, 1933

The Dec 1933 board meeting was
held on Jan. 4th, 1934 at Woman's club
house.
As the Jan. meeting would be held
the following day, only few important but
urgent matter would be brought up,
stated the Pres. Mrs. Tom Moore.
Mrs. Moore, the Pres. recommend-
ed that the laws be revised espe-
cially pertaining to club house rules
and membership dues.
Mrs. Gramling moved, Mrs. Norwood
seconded that a committee to revise by
laws and club house rules be ap-
pointed. Mrs. Norwood, Mrs. C. W. Hunter,
and Mrs Kurt Johnston were appointed
on this committee.
It was announced by the Pres. that
the first of a series of entertainments, which
the woman's club is sponsoring, will be
on Jan 13th and the following commit
tees were appointed to formulate plans
for same. The house committee, Mrs. Graves,
Chr., was appointed to serve on arrang
ment committee. Pub. com. Mrs. G. M. Pon-
ton, Ticket Com. Mrs. Fred Moore.
Mrs. Gramling, cor. sec. read a letter
from Collins Management service concern-
ing this series of entertainment. Mem-
bers were asked to entertain these artists
in their houses, thereby saving much
expense.
Pres. announced cooking school
to be held at Woman's club Jan 9-12.
The manager of this school to have served
to 75 a free luncheon for use of clubhouse.
Moved by Mrs. Rivers, seconded and carried
that a committee be appointed to confer
