Special Call Meeting-
Sept. 19, 1933
A special call meeting of the
Woman's Club was held at the Club
house on Tues. Sept. 19, 1933
The meeting was called to
order by Mrs. Leland Lewis Pres. protem
The purpose of the meeting was
to elect a president for the coming year
since Mrs. Bostain had resigned.
After considerable discussion
several names were presented but
none were voted on.
Mrs. Lewis then asked for
nominations for first V. Pres-- Mrs. Ponton
having resigned. Mrs. Ponton nomina-
ted Mrs. Tom Moore, Mrs. Rivers second-
ed. Mrs. Moore was elected and asked
to call the club into meeting the
second Thursday of October.
Mrs. Rivers reported an amount
of $215.74 now in the bank.
There being no further business,
upon motion duly made and
seconded the meeting was adjourned.
