EXECUTOR'S SALE.
ON the 30th September, 1833, will be sold to the highest bidder, on credit of twelve months,
at the late residence of Richard Rudd, dec'd., in Nelson county, on Cox Creek --
All his Personal Property,
consisting of Household and Kitchen Furniture, a large Law Library, and valuable library of Miscellaneous Books, consisting of Histories, Poetry, Novels, &c.
Twelve or fifteen head of Horses,
among which there are some valuable Mares and Colts; between 60 and 70 head of SHEEP: be-
tween 80 and 100 HOGS; a valuable stock of CATTLE, among which there are some valuable
English Cows and Heifers,
and two well grown MALE CALVES: 75 acres of growing CORN, considered very good; 8 or
10 stacks of OATS: about the same quantity of RYE; 2 or 3 stacks of TIMOTHY HAY;
about the same of CLOVER HAY, and two sheds of --
Salted Clover Hay:
And other articles, WOOL, &c. --Which will be sold on the day of sale. Terms and condi
tions of the sale will be more particularly made known on the day of the sale. Bond, with approved
security, will be required of the purchasers for all sums over $5: and for five dollars and under, the
cash must be paid down. The sale to commence at the time above stated, and to continue from
day to day until the whole of the property shall be sold.
