Lieutenant Strother is not guilty
of the 1^st Charge exhibited against
him, but find him guilty of the
2^d Charge and sentence him to be
reprimanded in General orders-

The second charge exhibited
against Lieu^t Strother and of which
the Court has found him guilty
is more picturistic of a maniac
than that of an Officer at the
Head of his guard but as that
Paroxism may now be over
The Commander in Chief hereby
orders Lieu^t Strother from his
arrest in full confidence that he
will feel the propriety in appearing
