Lieutenant Strother is not guilty
of the 1st Charge exhibited against
him, but find him guilty of the
2d Charge and sentence him to be
reprimanded in General orders-
The second charge exhibited
against Lieut Strother and of which
the Court has found him guilty
is more picturistic of a maniac
than that of an Officer at the
Head of his guard but as that
Paroxism may now be over
The Commander in Chief hereby
orders Lieut Strother from his
arrest in full confidence that he
will feel the propriety in appearing
