See the Entrys upon which this survey was made at Page 9 other end of this Book, one for 5000 the other for 6000 acres.

Should the agreement between J. May & Hancock Lee respecting an exchange of this land, for Geo: Mason's 8000 & his 2000 on Ohio, [struck: should] not be carried into effect, Mason, Lee, Taylor and the Orange Company, who appear to be connected, or some of them, should, out of the land they have secured where Smith's was originally entered, by fraud, make good any loss that S. Beall may sustain. The Land is said to be very fine, as well where it now stands as when it originally was entered. In either case being within a few miles of the Yellow Banks where it is supposed, at some future day, there will be a considerable Town, and is not more than about 15 miles from the Town of Hartford on Rough Creek, and a less distance from the Town of Vienna on Green River. 6000 acres sold - one half to Walter Beall the other half to George Nicholas, but it was first exchanged with Mason and they will be entitled to 6,000 Acres of his 8,000 & 2,000 Acre entries in lieu of it -
