Dr. Paul Bartsch,
U. S. National Museum,
Washington, D. C.

My dear Dr. Bartsch:

Permit me to express to you my sincere appreci-
ation for your help in making a real success of the ex-
hibition held this year in the week of our annual meet-
ing. From very many directions we have evidences of
sincere appreciation from those who have had opportunity
to see the exhibits and to examine them with some care.

I am confident that the general plan of exhibits
used by us this year is of considerable value, both as
a means of making the progress of the Institution as a
whole clear to us all and as an opportunity for exchange
of helpful suggestions with investigators and educators
in the many agencies of national importance gathered here
in Washington.

With my good wishes for the holiday season,
believe me,

Very sincerely yours,
