his line West 114.28 poles crossing the aforesaid branch
and road to the Beginning containing forty acres.
To have and to hold to the said Mathew Johnson and
his heirs and assigns forever. all the Interest which
he the said Green Clay holds under the purchase
aforesaid of in and to the land and premises before
mentioned, and the said Green Clay for himself his
heirs &c do hereby covenant to and with the said
Mathew Johnson and his his heirs That the said
Green Clay will warrant and forever defend. the
before described land and premises unto the said
Mathew Johnson and his heirs and assigns against all
persons claining by through or under him so fair as
it respects the interests of the before mentioned five heirs
of Charles Lee Decd. But against no other persons or
persons whatsoever.
