Section= = I give to my son
Sidney Payne Clay as a Trustee
the fee simple of the tract of land
on which I live containing a
bout 2000 acres also the follow
ing named Slaves towit: [[Rachel]],
and her six children = [[Frank]],
[[Jim]], [[Emily]], [[Solomon]], [[Milley]],
& [[Alsey]], [[Lucy]]. [[Jackson]] & [[Hannah
Junr.]] daughter of of [[old Hannah]]
with their increase from this
time upon the following trust
towit. That he permit my son
Cassius Marcellous Clay to use
occupy & enjoy said tract of land
and the use and labor of said
slaves uring his natural life
and at his death- to convey said
