Remarks on board Friday the 6th. These 24 hours Commences with moderate weather and a heavy sea. We broke out the main hatch and ?stowed the oil down. This day we chocked the lower hold with oil. AM we broke out between decks and coopered the oil and saw some whale and lowered the boats and gave chase but could not catch them. The weather growing bad took in sails. 164 Days out
