At 7 AM we saw [WHALE or DOLPHIN ILLUSTRATION] a large school of sperm whale and lowered down the boats and struck three of them and killed them [WHALE or DOLPHIN ILLUSTRATION] and got the alongside of the ship. The weather growing squally.
