Know all men by these presents that I Gardiner Miller of the Town of East Hampton, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty Pounds current money of New York to me in hand well and truly paid by Nathaniel Dominy Clock Maker, the receipt thereof I do hereby acknowledge and am thereby satisfied and paid, and of every part thereof do acquit the said Nathaniel Dominy and his heirs Executors and administrators forever by these presents have given, granted, bargained sold aliened conveyed and confirmed, And do by these presents fully freely and absolutely give, grant bargain sell alien convey enfief and confirm unto him the said Nathaniel Dominy and to his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract of Sea Beach or land in the township of East -hampton aforesaid Known as Napeag containing by estimate Twelve hundred acres be the same more or less, Bounded Northerly by Gardiners Bay and Napeag Harbor. Easterly by Montauk or Nominick hills. Southerly by the Atlantic Ocean, Westerly by stakes across the beach and glades. Excepting the Medows and Pines therein contained that have been alloted. To have and to hold said granted and bargained premises with all priviledges profits and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any manner of ways appurtaining to the said Nathaniel Dominy and to his Heirs and assigns forever to his and their only proper use benefit and behoof forever as a good and perfect estate of inheritance in fee simple, and I the said Gardiner Miller do further covenant promise and engage for myself and my heirs executors and

administrators and assigns in the peaceable and quiet possession and enjoyment of the above demised premises with the appurtenances free and clear of all incumbrances against the just and lawfull claims and demands of any manner of Person or Persons whatsoever hereafter forever to Warrant, Secure and Defend in witness whereof I do hereunto Set my hand and fix my Seal this tenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Ninety five.
