At a Special Term of the Supreme Court held at the Court House at Riverhead in and for the county of Suffolk on the 27th day of April 1868

Jonathan E. Payne agst Robert L. Payne Judgment in partition Clarissa J. Edwards & Hezekiah Edwards

This action having been brought on to be heard on the pleadings in this action, the report of David H Huntting, David Tallmage and George J. Miller commissioners appointed by and under an order of this court to make partition of the lands and premises mentioned and described in this action (excepting an interest in two thirds of one eighth of one share of the lands of the Montauk) among the several parties plaintiff and defendants in this action according to their several rights and interests therein: and also in the report of Clark E. Royce Esq. Referee appointed by and under the order of this Court.
