Dec 2 Trustees met at Sag Harbour at the office of H P Hedges
The commite to hire out fisheries reported that they had hired the right to oyster in Oyster pond to John C King with two men for for four days for the sum of twelve dollars
The Committe to settle with Mr. Edwin Rose reported that they had called on him for a settlement and that his reply was that if the proprietors got any thing from him they would have to get it by law
John T Dayton and David H Huntting submitted their bills to the Trustees which were approved

Committee met at the house of Thomas T Parsons and organised by appointing David H Huntting Chairman and Clerk
Agreed to regutate the stint of Montalk for the year 1852 at the rate of six cattle rights to one eighth or forty eight cattle rights to one share
Appointed John T Dayton and David H Huntting to go on Montauk and confer with the keeprs in relation to a new agreement and also to examine the state of the land generally and of the wood now laid out and to advertise the wood laid out for sale at their discretion
Adjourned to meet at the house ot Thomas T Parsons on Thursday the 19th Inst at 9 oclock AM
