I should like to see Evelyn again - meant really
to send her som message of affection trhu you.

Bertie I never cared for - I don´t think I ever met his
wife. I wonder wheter now I should be more intrested
in Bertie. (He & father did not pull well- & I was predisposed
to dislike him in my then childlike acceptance of father´s
attitude - alas the constraint of my position & being so young
- forced into [auntship] - where the boys would say "Uncle
George" & then look askance at me & finally say Ida) -
of course for those in New York the queer relationship
settled into real frienship thru frequent contact
& the strain of the situation was forgotten entirely.

Where is Charlie Guiterman - the oldest brother -
did you hear of him?-

When do you expect to be in Paris - I´ll enclose
