by this time as it takes 2 1/2 months to go by way of New York, Suez to get to Japan. My wife will look after them on their arrival.

News came while I was leaving Japan that H.H. Prince [?] had another daughter born to him in July, so your prediction is verified, my mother with her clairvoyant fever forsaw the event. It remains to have the picture of [?] [?] painted to complete the happiness of Their Highnesses.
