A snowy morning. There is the most snow on the land that is ever on it in this part of Va. The wind is not as colde as it is some times. Ben made some paths. He worked two horses to a drag. Jim shoveled a lot of snow from the stables and hen houses. He feeds the chickens and hogs. Ben milked for me yesterday and today. Josie got dinner & ironed today. Mr Mayhew come by and stayed some time playing games with Ben & the children. The mail did not come yesterday or today. We mis it so much.
