A good day. We all staid at home. We looked for my brother and family. They did not come. I am sorry. I heard tonight that Mr. Edmons is feeling better. I am glad of that.

Well I dont know any thing to write.

Little Mabel is not so well today. Hope she will soon be well.

A cloudy day and some rain. Jim & Ben finished planting tobacco today. Josie droped some plants. I did not drop or draw a plant for the first time in years. I am not glad of it. I like to help where I can. I do a lot of what is to be done at the house. Poor little Mabel is a task by her self.

I went to Marvins a few minutes.

We had potatoes for dinner that growed this year.
