A clear day. Ben cut wood in the woods to day. Josie has had the tooth ache all day.

I washed a little and got dinner.

Willie Mayhew come here to night. Him and Ben went to John Hutchersons to play cards. Snow is still on the ground and it looks to night like it might snow before day. I certainly do hope it wont. We have not got much wood at the wood pile. I cut out an apron to night and then I was too lazy to make it.
