A good day. Ben and Paul pulled weeds out of the plant bed. Owen plowed.

I went to Marvins this morning. Josie got dinner. I chopped some in the garden and a round the potatoes. Marvin sent his calf down here to day. Ben went to mill this evening.

I got a letter from Effie Brumfield to day. Paul and Roy staid here all day to day.

A good day. Ben went to Renan to try and get a horse to plow a few days. Did not get it. Josie went to Carries this morning and bathed the baby. After dinner Ben and Josie went to Strait Stone.

Children and I went to Carries. I replanted potatoes. Planted some gourd seed yesterday. Owen went to the mill to day.

A cloudy day no rain. The men folks replanted tobacco this morning. Josie got dinner. She went to the mill this morning and to Renan. She carried the children with her to Renan.

This evening Ben carried Henry and I to Cedar Forest fishing. I caught three cat fish.

Turned them in the branch at home.

Paul has gone to the school house to night.

A good day.

Ben and Owen went to the mill did not get any grinding. Ben helped Marvin fix his pump a gain to day. Helped Owen fix his stove pipe. Miss Willie Wooding come a while this evening.

Josie made her a dress this evening. To night Ben and Paul and the children went to Renan bought shells. Paul killed two rabbits. Kate sent the calf home this morning.

I went to see Bens and Pauls crops this evening. It looks good now. We need rain.

Josie has sick head ache. I hope she will soon be well.

A good day. Some rain tonight. Ben helped Marvin fix his pump a gain this morning.

Paul has not come home yet. Mr Owen went to the mill this morning did not get his grinding. Josie got dinner.

Ben went to Cedar Forest and carried Henry and I with him. We did not catch any fish to speak of. He got his flue eyes for the new barn.

Josie and Edna and Franklin went to Marvins a while this evening.
