Detachment Orders
As health depends so much on clean -liness it becomes necessary to issue an absolute Order that no soldier shall ease himself in any of the ditches round the Fort, or in any other place near the Fort except in sinks dug for the purpose in the care of the Fort.
And it shall be the duty of each officer of the Day to visit those sinks once a day while on duty and call a fatigue at any time to dig others when he may deem it necessary - The commandants of companies or detachments are held responsible for the good conduct of their ^several commands as respects this Order, and any soldier found vio -lating this Order shall be confined and pun -ished at the discretion of a court Martial

Order of the Day.
Lieutenant Richie is to be relieved from his arrest on account of the withdrawal of the charges exhibited against him by the prosecutor
The commandant of the 16th regt Ky. D. M. is specially ordered to cause his captains to have correct reports made of their ^respective companies -
Muster rolls must be made for mustering the Troops on the last of this month- Lieut Knox of the rangers is appointed to do that duty -

Detachment Orders.
The troops will parade on the outside of the fort this Evening at four Oclock, where the proceed =ings of the court martial of which Major Kennedy is President, will be read, all the troops not on duty will parade with their cloths arms and accoutrements in the best possible order.
Each morning so soon as the guard is relieved the old old Guard will March out side the line of Centinels and discharge their pieces.
No gun or pistol is to be fired within the fort or with =in one mile of it except by special permission of the Commanding officer - any person found viola=ting this order shall be punished to the exstent of the military law.

From the various reasons made by the several Captains of the 16 regt Ky M. D. it becomes necessary that each Captain of the 16 regt shall make out a correct monthly report of the state of his company at present and the alterations that have taken place during the month and giving the names of the absentees their rank

The Muster that was ordered of the Troops this day is postponed until the 9th of Novemb next when it is expected at all the Troops will appear with their clothing arms &c &c in the best possible order -

M. will at revelee beating Cause their rolls to be called they will also at ten Oclock in the fore noon of each day have their men paraded and take themThrough the regular exercise and take them through the regulr Exercise for one hour the captains will also at the beating of the retreat have their respective rolls Called and have them again taken through the regular or necessary exercise each captain will also strictly observe to read or cause to have red the Articles of war to his Company on the sixth November next
