We washed this morning. I washed the kitchen windows & hung the curtains this afternoon. Uncle Brack went to Uncle Gus & will spend the night. He aims to go to Pleasant View tomorrow.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, 1941
Mother, Rex , Robert & I went to town today. Mother kept Robert at Jessie's while I went down in town. I got a new permanent wave. I got a sweater for myself and finished my Xmas shopping. Jessie gave Robert 2 aprons for Xmas.
