SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1941
Mother, Rex, Bob & I went down to Pleasant View this afternoon. Uncle Brack is getting along fairly well. We got several things from down there. We came by Sis & stayed while Rex went to see Mr. Walter Cox. Mary was there also.

Jay, Tommy Chamberlain and a man that was a stranger to me were here for dinner. They have been helping Rex work.
