riding their horse.
We killed hogs
today. Mr. Gipson
and Dock helped
and ate dinner
with us. Listened
to President
Roosevelt speak
over the Radio.
Jay, Uncle Brock & I
cut up the meat for
the lard this
afternoon. Rex & Jay
ground sausages
tonight.
Tuesday, January 7, 1941
Rex went to town
with some tobacco
today. John came
and rerendered
our lard. I have
washed jars and
made sausages
sacks. Jay and
I sacked the
sausages tonight.
