OCTOBER 26

1931. Came to town this morning & went to school. Alline Slaton & myself went to town this afternoon.

1932. It rained all morning. I worked on my quilt again today.

1933. I started my new dress today but didn't sew very much on it. I went to see Amelia and Evelyn this afternoon. Mrs. Harris was there also.

1934. I churned, got dinner, cleaned up the house this morning. I read some this afternoon.

1935. Rex & I went to town this morning and I spent the day at Jessie's. Rex & I went to Mother's & Dad's this afternoon & will spend the night.

OCTOBER 27

1931. Went to school today. We had a Geometry test today. Studied my lessons this afternoon.

1932. We washed this morning. Mother & I worked on my quilt this afternoon.

1933. I cleaned up the house today and got dinner. John Marion, Joseph, Sis, Dock, Rex & I went to the Republican Speaking at the School house tonight.

1934. I helped clean up the house and washed the dishes this morning. I went over to Jim's this afternoon. Rex & Dock went to town this afternoon. Rex went to the Island tonight to fight fire. Sis went to Jessie's late this afternoon & Will spend the night.

1935. Rex & I spent the day with Mother & Dad. Rex went to see Uncle Brock a little while this morning. Mother & I went to see Brock this afternoon. Rex & I came home this afternoon.
