SEPTEMBER 20

1931. Cosby & myself went to Richland to church this morning. We went to town this afternoon and got some ice cream and make some.

1932. I sewed & embroidered some today. Mrs. Conley came a little while this afternoon. I stayed all night with Mrs. Conley again tonight.

1933. Dock & I washed this morning and I made some apple butter this afternoon and ironed some. Rex is nearly sick today.

1934. I churned, got dinner, cleaned up the house today. Dad spent the day with us & went home this afternoon. Cousin Lenna & cousin Ev came this afternoon. Evelyn came also. Sis, Rex & I went to church at Liberty tonight. Rev. Hooker did the preaching.

1935. I got dinner & ironed today. Mr. Jim Williams and a Mr. Bacon at dinnner with us.

SEPTEMBER 21

1931. I came to town this morning and went to school today. Mrs. Mann, Ernest & myself went to the training school at the church tonight.

1932. We washed this morning and we quilted some this afternoon. Dad went to town today.

1933. I finished ironing today and did some mending. Rex went to town today.

1934. I dressed a chicken, cleaned up the house, washed a few pieces and ironed them and got dinner today. Jack Weir ate dinner with us. Mr. Slaton doens't feel so well today.

1935. I got dinner & canned 1/2 gallon of tomatoes. Zolie ate dinner here. Sis went to town today.
