[19]31. I cleaned up the house today and mowed part of the yard.
[19]32. I finished ironing this morning & mowed part of the yard. Mother & I gathered some beans this afternoon.
[19]33. We have been busy getting ready for the wheat thrasher. Sis made 3 cakes and I patched some sacks. Sis and I went to town a little while this afternoon.
[19]34. Sis & I went to Sunday School this morning. Stella, Fletcher, Rex & I went down to Mother's this afternoon. We went to see Loyd's place also. Dad is a lot better.
[19]35: I got breakfast. Patched some and hoe'd my cotton today. Sis went to town this afternoon.

[19]31. Mrs. Mann & Ernest came this afternoon & spent the night with us. & we all went to church to-night.
[19]32. Mother & I went over to see Mrs. Johnson today but she wasn't at home, we came back home & found Mrs. Utly & Lorene here, they spent the day. Graden, Mildred & Blanche came this afternoon.
[19]33. It has rained all day. Rudy & Jasper came a while this afternoon. Albert came also. Jim came a while late this afternoon. John Marion also came.
[19]34. I baked 6 pies & Sis baked 2 cakes for the wheat thrasher. We washed out a few pieces also.
[19]35: Mrs. France washed for us today. Sis & I ironed some this afternoon & canned some plumbs and made some plumb preserves
