36o Ther. THURS. DEC. 8th, 1892 Wind S.W. & N.W.
Cloudy & rainy from midnight
last until noon to day when the
wind drew around to West & N.W. but
continues cloudy, windy & threatening
up to bed time tonight. I finished
putting up shelves in the pantry.
Phil rode "Frank" over to John's
shanty. John came at 3-30 p.m.
& drove "Frank" to the "Surry"
taking Dora to Riverside to an
evening party & to spend the night
they took alice Peirce home
before going to Riverside. "Billy
Jack" Squirrel cut wood for us
before dinner. "Dick Johnson was
here for medicine for his wife.

Ther. 38o FRIDAY 9th Wind S.W.
Dick Johnson called to report
wife greatly improved.
Bro: Richard brought Dora home
from Riverside. Afternoon John
W. johnson came & at about 3-30
started to Laurel to meet Willie
who wrote us saying he would
be there this evening. John
drove "Frank" to the phaeton.

Ther. 37o SAT. DEC. 10th Wind Variable
Willie & john arrived from
Laurel about 11-30 last night,
W having left Wellsboro at 7. o'clk
this a.m. W walked to Brighton
before dinner. Susan Miles
from "Lay Hill" brought her infant
son for advice & medicine. Afternoon
Emma King was here for medicine
for M K Evans. I walked up to
Jno Oldfield's shop to have some
harness mended. B. O. Hardy
sent us 6 1/2 Bushels of
potatoes & 4 chickens on account
of bill.

Ther. 28o SUNDAY 11th Wind N.W.
Dora & Willie drove "Frank" to church
at Olney. Mr A. Y. Mathews called
at the gate. Afternoon N: Dora & Edwd
went to E Peirce's in the Surry & brought
Fanny home with them. Lizzie Budd
brought he infant for advice &
medicine. Lizzie Franklin was also
here for advice & medicine for
her daughter.
