Ther. 30o SAT. NOV. 26, 1892 Wind S.E.
I awakened with a head ache
having been troubled with gass
escaping from the stove in our room
during the night I wlaked up to
the store about noon. Alice and
Fanny Peirce called afternoon.
My head has ached all day.
Bessie Robison helped E develop some
pictures after supper. E & I walked
up to the store in the evening (late)
for some oat meal, buckwheat & c.

Ther. 31 SUNDAY 27th Wind S.E.
Chilly & "raw" all day. Bro:
Richard called on way to meeting
& left little Henry Lea here
until after meeting, when he
went home with Edwd Thomas'
people. Afternoon "Phil rode
"Frank" horse for excercise.
An Irishman called for "something
to eat". walking to Balto
from Washington.

Still dull chilly weather
I was about house all day except
up at the mill for Horse Feed.
Jas Grady's boy shot a genuine
fox squirrel in Bentleys woods
near Oldfields stable. the finest
I ever saw in this neighborhood
or indeed in this County.
Mrs: Robison took tea with us.

Ther. TUESDAY 29 Wind N.E.
Snowing quite fast early this
morning turning to rain & trying
to clear off later in afternoon.
Alice & Fanny Peirce came over
the latter remaining to attend
at lecture at the Lyceum in the
evening. I walked up to the store
Rebecca or "Becky"Lincoln was
here for me to draw up pension
papers for her.
