We have fallen back in the point of order the Foreman
had considerable difficulty in keep[ing] more than one member
from talking at a time, would it not be well for each member
to remember the last time he was fore man and how very unpleasant
it is to have half the members present talking as [sic] once
and how hard it is to call any one to order, but it is the only way
to do and we hope the foreman will persevere and keep good
order
