Good order, and all of the outbuildings
presented a neat appearance, and were convenient
in every respect.

After returning to the house the pot and
partaking of a boutniful supper the followingquestions were asked and answered

Ques. 1st Which is the cheapest feed corn at 70 cts
of mill feed at 1 1/2 cts per lb.?
Advise mixing light feed with meal.

Ques. 2nd Is it best to fee cattle in the field?
The question was discussed at some length
and as well as I could judge from the answers
given I do not think there were as many infavor
of it as there was some 2 years ago ___

" 3rd What is the cheapest tenant house?
Majority say log and wetherboard it in a few years.

" 4th What to do with sheep that have burrs over them.
No satisfactory answer given. ---

" 5th What is the best kind of water trough for stock?
One made of heavy pine plank thought to be the best.

" 6th Will it pay to get a mill to grind corn in?
It will not ---

" 7th What is it worth to husk corn and set
up the fodder. Ans. 25 cts per barrel

" 8th What ought wages be next year.
From $12 to $15.00 per mo. house and firewood found.

" 9th How is the best way to apply maure this
time of the year.
Put it on sod, where you cut wheat last year.
