1st How many oats to drill to the acre?
Very little experience given, but
1 1/2 bu thought to be a proper quantity.
2nd Can Rasberries [raspberries] be raised from cutting?
Some kinds would be doubtful.
3rd Can you fatten a sow having pigs this
time of year, so as to sell alive?

One member gives satisfactory evidence.
4th When is a good time for fall pigs to
come
September was thought to be about
the best time, as the pigs would then
be old enough to stand the winter.

5th What to do with a field where grass failed to come?
Plow and put it in corn

6th Will it pay to Exchange corn for mill
feed, to feed to cows?
It was generally thought advisable

7th What to do with long nozed hogs?
Feed on mush and get clear of them
