NOVEMBER, SUNDAY 20th 1887.

Ground covered with snow
for the first time this season
Bro Richard called on his
way home from meeting & took
Dor with him to Riverside.
Afternoon rode the
mare for exercise. I drove
over to Riverside towards
evening and brought Dora
home. John Link was here
for advice & medicine for
"chills", he was here wen
I returned from Riverside
and it was dark before he
left. The snow continued to
ly on the fields all day the
thermometer not being above
35 at any time.

NOVEMBER, MONDAY 21st 1887.

The coldest morning we
have had & continued "wintry"
all day. I drove to Ashton
& had new shoes put on "Fritz"
hind feet. Willie finished the
"corn husking" & made a new
"saw back" for Mrs: Robison
I drove down to Dr Frank
Thomas's & prescribed again
for Jno: Cook. Wrote and
mailed letter to F Tyson.
H wrote to Charley & Nelly.
