JULY FRIDAY 1st 1887

Slept well again last
night, and after breakfast
left "Naufernoy" with F T for
the station at "Great Gunpowder"
and reached Balto at 9.am
and took the 9-5 train for
Laurel where Charley met
me, having brought his aunt
Ellie Wood down on her way
home. We reached home soon
after 12.o'clock calling at
Nelly's as we came through Ashton
to enquire for Mrs Schedey's
infant. Tired & glad to
get home notwithstanding I
was so kindly entertained by
my friends & thoroughly enjoyed
my visit.
