Charley (after an early
breakfast) took Mr Henthorn
down the country to "Rabbits"
&c. I drove to Ashton for
some articles & over again
to see Geo "Matt" Bells to see
his little daughter. Willie
not feeling at all well
but went with me. "The
business" part of Quarterley
Meeting is held this
morning, and a lovely
day they have for it.
Sister Beulah & cousin Deborah Lea
dined with us. Afternoon Sophie
Peirce came and took her daughters
home with her. I rode down to
"Matt" Bell's again on horseback.
After tea Lydia Budd was here
and paid me some money on her
account.
