We were awaken this
morning by thunder and it
continued at intervals all
day, there was heavy rain
during last night, & several
heavy showers today.

Dull & raining. Afternoon
I was called over
to R Roland Moores tennant
house to attend Branson
Cook's wife in confinement
twins boy & girl, it rained
very hard as I came home.
Fanny & Alcie Peirce
called, Ernest & Minnie
came & took tea.
Charley came home to
dinner.
