I drove to Wm S Bonds'.
Mary Ellicott called for
advice &c. Willie & Herbert
walked up to Fulford and
dined there. After tea Ruth
Ann Bowen, (Jehus' daughter)
came & had tooth extracted
and got medicine for "neuralgia".
I called in next
door to see Mr & Mrs Reed
who expect to return to Balto
tomorrow. Annie Round "washed"
for H.

Ther. TUES. AUG 25th, 1885 Wea.

"Jim Simpson" "(a colored man
from Fairfield) here for advice & med.
Uriah Kirk called & took Herbert
to "Woodburn" to dine & called again
on their way to the "Cottage". Annie Rounds
here & "ironed" for H. Afernoon Willie
went to Riverside & got a horse and
Frank Snowden bringing another
they took the "stage" & started on a
"pic nic" or some wild goose chase"
with Fannie Stabler Dora &c just
before the commencement of the
most decided summer thunder
storm we have had. Charley
came home at the usual
time & went to bed. Dora
& Willie got home at 11.15 p.m.
