Kirk called & he & Uriah went
away somewhere I drove to
Wm S. Bond's. Willie with me.
Very warm or hot in the sun
but a fine breeze makes it
bearable & even pleasant, in
the shade. Uncle Henson
worked at the stumps and
afternoon Alfred Warfield
helped him. Alice Tyson
called to see me about
Mrs Simmonds child.
Miss Fanny Stabler called
