Ther. WED, JUNE 3, 1885 Wea.

Still another beautiful cool
day with light breeze from
N.W. No school at Brookville
Academy today because of
the "Fair" at Rockville. Willie
hauled in the rye crop and
put it in the mow, there is
more than a ton of it.
Bro: Richard called on his
way home from meeting.

69o Clear & Cloudy S.W.
Ther. THURS, JUNE 4, 1885 Wea.

"Uncle Henson came to work
in the garden. The children
Dora & Willie are making
preparations for the "Pic Nic"
and after dinner Charley
took "holiday" and after
bringing Fanny Stabler over
from Harewood in the carriage
with "Fritz" he took Dora &
the drove over to Riverside
Willie having started somewhat
sooner driving Bulwar's
gray pony to the buggy, and
taking the guitar & violincello
& baskets of provisions. We
had a thunder gust just about
giving them time to get there
before it came up. "Neal"
Lizear Jr had tooth extracted.
Children got home at 11.30.
