Commenced snowing about
8 o'clock this a m, and continued

has been quite sick since
yesterday with a wretched
"cold" and considerable fever
I hope it may not prove to be
anything more serious: the
baby is also suffering from
a bad cold. Edwd. ssems
better but is still far from
well. Our boys did not get
home from "Elton" until after
dark whilst we were eating

appearanace) up to the time of
his death.
