the offering of several propositions which
did not meet with favor, a majority
decided to adhere to the present complicated
system of changing our times of
meeting by skipping the members every
year. A motion to increase the number of
the members to fifteen couples was lost.
The secretary being only a woman
and therfore not mathematical, declared
her inability to keep the list correct, and
out of compassion for her incapasity. B
Miller was appointed to keep the list
and straighten out matters for the society.

Tyrants, a very good article by H.W who
writes so well.
We adjourned after a very pleasant
meeting, and were informed by the
keeper of the list that we are to meet
at Walter N Brookes. Dec 12th 1874.
