15th This morning I presented an
agreement to Henry & family & Rho=
da to sign Lila & Claiborne refused
& went off for a while but after
a little reflection they all signed
the paper promising to comply
& went to work -- Jerry went home
Raining this morning a little

16th Working out new ground
corn & expect to cut some wheat
this evening is on road --

17th cloudy & foggy. Chopping in
little corn on far Branch chopping
Broom corn will Hall up oats
to day 1 stack to feed on & some
leaves to put in stables. Plowing
corn laying by next to Keens
