Oldham's land & the land of said

corner being northward of the line
just run 7.1 perches. Oldham
proposed to Randel to divide the
difference equal - Randel wished
him to make the proposition in
writing - They agreed to divide
said 7.1 perches equally and
entered into articles of agreement
after fixing a stake in the
sprout or branch and marked
a Hickory tree of about 15 inches
diameter bearing N 50 1/2 W 3.5
perches from said Stake and a
Black Oak tree of about 10 inches bearing N 58 1/4 E
1 perches from said stake - Said
trees are marked and bounded on
4 sides and lettered "G.W. Oldham 1857
