total price, including $5 worth of film (including cost of developing)
and flash bulbs, was about $56. The camera itself cost $38 and
would be $60 or better in America. It's a better camera than I
expected to find in my price range. And I'll start soon getting
pictures of all the beautiful snow here on the Burg. It's been
coming down pretty steadily day and night for 4 days and is
now about 3 inches deep, plenty to cover everything very well.
The trees are made of crystal and lace and it's all simply
beautiful.

Well it's 11:30 and past bed time. Another letter
probably next Tuesday (good concert Monday if it's not
