My Own Darling Husband,
It is Sunday night & I am beginning to feel like bed now.
It has been a miserable day, started off bright & sunny, but it didn't stay that way long. We had a storm this morning & it rained the rest of the day. Poor Stan went hiking with the scouts and came home drenched to the skin.
This morning I washed my head & this afternoon made myself comfortable on my bed & carried on with my knitting. I have a knitting craze at present.
I didn't go out last night, turned in around 9 p.m. May & I stayed home.
I work next Sunday & the following Sunday I start my holidays. I wish my darling you were home, still it, shouldn't be long now. You know I havn't got those photos we had taken at Rileys yet. They were taken in June, it is over 6 months now. I have been in several times, & last time they asked me for my phone number & said they would phone me when they are ready. I will
