My dear Mrs Onslow
I have not heard
of your arrival at Camden, but
I presume that you accomplished
the journey and are now comfortably
settled at home. I had a
letter from Send Grove by the last
mail which I must answer.
They were expecting their brother
Frank at the time, and all seems
to have been well. Phillip King
sent me the other day Vol III Hist.
Records and in consequence I have a
petition to make to any of your
young men who knows, or will
find out the facts and appraise me.
An idle rumour was published nearly
100 years ago - that one Wilson
discovered hills of salt & reported the
discovery &c. &c.
This I poured some contempt
upon in my History Vol I p201.
To this new Vol III of the Records p824
there is something authentic - i.e. journal
