won by small margins. Let us

Balfour, Hicks Beach and others will
be able to pilot the ship, and that their
allies - Dk. of Devonshire, Chamberlain,
Sir H James & others thoroughly understand
now the sham-patriotism of their
former co-workers. Harcourt
Trevelyan, Morley &c, and will
work for their country wisely.
